I love how Dr. Goodson and the staff are no-nonsense while still providing excellent customer service. I have two kids in braces and every appointment has been a breeze. It’s nice knowing at the end of every appointment both the staff and Dr. Goodson provide feedback and advice. While we have never had any issues, however, I am positive if one was to arise it would be promptly rectified.

We originally scheduled for 11:15am on the 4th of October. Unfortunately, I needed to change appointment time to earlier in the morning. I called the previous day around 5pm and was able to find a resolution to our personal challenge. Goodson staff was very accommodating in helping. Very people professional!

Dr. Goodson and staff are excellent! This is my second time getting braces with him (18 years apart/didn’t wear retainer) and even though I live 40 minutes away now, I chose Dr. Goodson again. The entire office is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I could not be happier with the work they do! I will always recommend!

Each time we go into the office, we are greeted with a smile. Once my child goes back to get checked out, I am able to hear the discussions with the staff, and feel very confident that she is being treated with the same professionalism as me, her parent. They are honest about everything, from costs to letting my child know if they are slacking with their treatments.
I had a very specific problem and unfortunately they couldn’t help me with that. But the office staff is wonderful and Dr. Goodson is the best. I would recommend him to anybody looking to get their teeth straightened.

Excellence in care and staff. Dr. Goodson is straightforward, no nonsense, and communicates clearly the treatment plan. These traits tie together to get the client’s braces off on schedule. We have never had a problem being seen immediately when a band breaks, need more rubber bands, or any issue for that matter. We have been to both offices and wholeheartedly recommend Goodson Orthodontics.

What I like the most about our visit was the personable and casual atmosphere. I also really appreciated the "calm and patient’ approach to my son’s treatment plan. It did not feel like a race to do as many procedures as possible at great cost.... When I left the office, I knew exactly what the next step would be and how much it would cost; no surprises! I came with a feeling of slight anxious and overwhelmed and left with my fears relieved. Thank you, Dr. Goodson and office!

A bracket come loose on Sunday afternoon and I had plans to leave town on Tuesday. I made a call Sunday afternoon to the "Good Doctor’ and was surprised when he answered. How often do you make a call to anyone and get a message machine? He made an appointment for Monday to reattach the bracket so I could leave on Tuesday. Great service!!!
